Job Summary and Qualifications

Full time (Monday - Friday, days), no nights, no on call, no weekends, no holidays

What you will do in this role:

Provides secretarial support including typing, composing and proofreading correspondence, indexing, and filing documents.

Answers inquire or refer callers/visitors to appropriate individuals .

Compiles reports from data and existing records.

Gathers information and develops summaries as requested.

Assists with development and implementation of budget and operational plans.

Develops and implements office procedures related to coordination of interoffice communication, records , and systems .

Ensures adequacy of office supplies and equipment.

Schedules/coordinates meetings, appointments. Make travel arrangements.

Attends meetings as assigned and reports on actions. - Participates in educational activities and programs.

Maintains strictest confidentiality.

Maintain appointment calendars as needed.

What Qualifications you will need:

EDUCATION:

High School Graduate/Equivalent

EXPERIENCE :

1+ years of secretarial experience required , healthcare experience preferred

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE:

No license Requirements
