Responsibilities include: - Welcoming guests and managing arrivals and departures - Answering phone calls and assisting with reservations - Responding to guest needs and inquiries with professionalism and care - Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to maintain smooth daily operations - Handling cash and payments accurately - Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area - Completing shift close-out tasks to support the next team member Each day offers something new-this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and meaningful guest interaction. ### ### Work Schedule - Morning or evening shifts available - 4 days on / 4 days off rotation ### ### What We're Looking For - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable using basic computer systems - Professional, friendly, and attentive demeanor - Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused ### ### About Big Horn Lodge Located in the heart of historic downtown Moab, Big Horn Lodge is a sister property to Redstone Inn.
