Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support project teams through all phases of construction. This role ensures accurate documentation, smooth communication, and efficient coordination across contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, permits, and compliance records

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timelines and deliverables are met

Track project progress, budgets, and invoices; assist with reporting and reconciliation

Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for all project-related materials

Support scheduling, meetings, and communication across teams to keep projects on track

Requirements

Qualifications:

2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or a related field

Strong organizational and document management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) a plus

Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
