As part of the billion-dollar The Grand LA project, this is the 7 th Conrad (https://www.hilton.com/en/conrad/) Hotel in the U.S. and the 1 st in California.

Located in the most exciting state-of-the-art development to come to DTLA, this luxurious 28-story hotel will have over 300 rooms, a spa, 16,000 square foot rooftop with a pool deck, over 16,000 square feet of event space, and 6 food and beverage outlets. This includes a signature restaurant & bar, a signature bar, rooftop restaurant, lobby bar, pool, and in-room dining all in partnership with Chef Jose Andres' award-winning restaurant group, Jose Andres Group (https://thinkfoodgroup.com/) .

As a Senior Group Sales Manager , you're not just generating and managing group sales - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

Respond to sales inquiries from potential clients and customers seeking sleepingrooms, meeting space, food and beverage services, etc.

Initiate new sales, prospects and qualifies leads and solicits potential clients

Host and entertain clients and maintain client accounts

Conduct property site visits and answer questions

Determine rates, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, service accounts andanalyze lost business for the hotel(s)

Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue and roomnight goals

Partner with operations departments to ensure full participation in servicing accounts
