Job Summary
Work under some supervision. Assist with market research studies and analysis including benchmarking, financial reporting, and surveys. Apply intermediate analytical skills for comparing basic, complex and differing specifications and solutions. Assist in maintaining planning documentation. Identify issues and take responsibility for resolution; demonstrate the ability to encourage others in collaborative problem-solving. Support systems and processes in accordance with established procedures and controls with minimum direction. Provide information and assistance in the development of presentations. Understand the components of the organization and its stakeholders and act as a primary point of contact and knowledge for issues.

What You'll Do:
Assist with the planning and coordination of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and recommendations on trends, best practices, etc.
Assist in analysis including, but not limited to: benchmarking, scorecard development and updates, financial reporting, rate case support, creation of customer satisfaction surveys, and contract management rate and price variances and spend.
Compare basic, complex and differing specifications and solutions.
Understand the process and assist with developing performance criteria and the constituent data elements of each.
Maintain records, documentation, manuals, and prepare status reports.
Apply intermediate analytical techniques to data obtained from outside sources or from standard preconfigured reports.
Act as a point of contact and assist in maintaining planning documentation such as business cases as well as business, communication, continuity and change management plans.
Identify problems and issues and take responsibility for resolution; leverage all available data sources, both internal and external to the organization and demonstrate the ability to encourage others in collaborative problem-solving.
Support current systems and processes including response to user questions, problem diagnosis and research, troubleshooting, tracking and resolution in accordance with established procedures and controls with minimum direction from higher level employees.
Provide information and assistance in the development of presentations for reporting progress on specific initiatives.
Act as a primary point of contact and knowledge for issues.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of the policies, processes, and regulations of the company.
What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Finance, Accounting, or related field of study such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology. In addition, must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and Fleet or related business category such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology.
In lieu of Bachelor's degree must possess an Associate's Degree in related field of study, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Fleet or related business category such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology.
In lieu of Associate's degree must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent , and a minimum of 7 years' experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Fleet or related business category such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology.

Expected Salary: $82,000.00-$92,000.00 (USD)
