Job Description
The Warehouse Associate position involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment focused on picking and packing pool supply products accurately and efficiently for shipment. Employees are responsible for selecting items based on order requirements, preparing them for shipment through proper packaging and labeling, and maintaining a high level of accuracy while meeting productivity expectations. The role requires following established warehouse procedures, keeping work areas clean and organized, and working closely with team members to meet daily goals. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks in an active setting that involves standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift. No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training is provided, with an emphasis on accuracy, speed, and safety.
Responsibilities
Pick and pack pool supply products for shipment.
Prepare items for shipment through proper packaging and labeling.
Maintain accuracy while meeting productivity expectations.

Experience with pallet jacks or basic warehouse equipment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
