What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
Providing crucial support to the Vice President, Orthopaedics Customer Strategy, and Senior Director, Channel Strategy Innovation.
Preparing and managing correspondence, presentations, agendas, and other documentation for the leadership team.
Effectively managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring optimal scheduling.
Organizing and overseeing domestic and international travel arrangements, including handling travel expense reports.
Scheduling and coordinating internal/external meetings, company visits, and video conferences using Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.
Handling sensitive and confidential documents and materials while interacting professionally with management.
Supporting event coordination, including logistics and execution of organizational meetings and events.
Recommending process improvements and workflow enhancements when appropriate.
Multi-tasking and prioritizing in a dynamic, matrix environment to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Bring proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential materials.
Show flexibility and adaptability in response to shifting priorities.
