Job Title: Entry Level Production Associate
Shift: 10pm-630am (Thursday-Monday)

Job Description
This role involves producing and packaging food products according to established specifications while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. You will work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, following recipes and written instructions, operating equipment safely, and supporting a strong team culture under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Responsibilities
Produce and/or pack products according to established specifications and quality standards.
Read, understand, and follow recipes and written instructions accurately.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company guidelines.
Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently as required for each job.
Work collaboratively in a team environment and follow all GMP, safety, and company policies.
Identify potential defects or irregularities in products and promptly bring them to the attention of the appropriate personnel.
Perform general production duties, including packaging, inspection, and packing of finished products.
Handle materials and products safely, including lifting items up to 50 pounds as needed.
Adapt to different tasks and roles within the production area as assigned.
Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned to support production goals and operational needs.
Essential Skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment within a food manufacturing facility.
Ability to read, understand, and follow recipes and written instructions.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safe food handling procedures.
Ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment.
Capability to perform general production, packaging, inspection, and packing tasks.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly as required.
Comfort operating production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
Attention to detail to identify potential product defects or quality issues.
Flexibility to work in various departments and change roles as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with working under formal safety and company guidelines in a manufacturing setting.
Strong work ethic and reliability in meeting production schedules and quality standards.
Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to different production processes.
Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues promptly.

Work Environment
The role is based in a large, clean warehouse environment dedicated to food manufacturing. The facility maintains a comfortable temperature that is neither too cold nor too hot. The air often carries a fruity aroma due to gummy production, and certain areas can be loud depending on the equipment in use. The environment emphasizes cleanliness and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, with a focus on safety, sanitation, and organization throughout the production area.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.27 - $19.27/hr.
