Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site guidelines.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, storefront corridors, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas.

Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or unauthorized access to help to deter loss, property damage, and other security-related concerns.

Support retail operations by assisting with access control, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
