Bilingual Spanish Recruiter - Entry Level

What You'll Do

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of administrative, customer support, and professional positions

Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process

Match candidates' skills, goals, and personalities with the right opportunities

Conduct phone interviews, reference checks, and onboarding activities

Maintain candidate records and track recruiting activity in internal systems

Partner closely with recruiters, account managers, and clients in a collaborative team environment

Help support urgent hiring needs in a high-volume, fast-moving environment

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude with a passion for helping people

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

Customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, administrative, sales, or leadership experience highly transferable

Comfortable speaking with people throughout the day

Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills preferred
