Project Coordinator - WMS Implementations

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Project Coordinator with experience leading/coordinating efforts for WMS implementation, integrations, and enhancements projects (i.e. Manhattan Active or Manhattan Scale). This role will focus on execution, coordination, and communication across a large portfolio of active projects (~100+ projects at different sizes). This is an ideal opportunity for someone with solid project management experience, who thrives in fast-paced operational environments and enjoys driving accountability across teams. Day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not limited to;

Track and manage progress across 100+ active projects/workstreams

Serve as a central point of contact between team members, stakeholders, and leadership

Conduct frequent status check-ins and follow-ups with project contributors

Ensure teams have the resources, tools, and clarity needed to move work forward

Maintain and update project timelines, trackers, and status reports

Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and blockers

Help enforce accountability and deadlines across teams

Identify gaps or stalled work and proactively drive next steps

Support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination and communication

Skills and Requirements

Prior experience in project management or project coordination

Experience or familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) Implementation/Integration projects (i.e. Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active) and related Supply Chain technology/platforms

Experience with project tracking tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Excel, etc.)

Experience working in cross-functional IT teams that are supporting the business

Strong understanding of operational workflows and execution

Experience supporting or working within change management environments

Excellent communication and follow-up skills (written and verbal)

Highly organized with the ability to track multiple concurrent projects

Ability to drive accountability and maintain momentum across multiple teams

Self-starter mentality; able to identify work and take initiative when things are unclear or unassigned - PMP
