Position Overview
This role is responsible for supporting the alignment of enterprise technology solutions with operational objectives, particularly within a healthcare setting. The individual will contribute to system evaluation, enhancement, and support activities while ensuring applications effectively meet business and compliance requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
Assess organizational processes and system functionality to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and opportunities for optimization, recommending scalable improvements.
Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to capture requirements, define solution needs, and support the delivery of system enhancements or new implementations.
Participate in the deployment and lifecycle management of enterprise applications, including upgrades, patches, and feature releases, ensuring system reliability and performance.
Provide ongoing application support by diagnosing issues, resolving defects, and maintaining system stability across environments.
Develop and maintain analytical outputs, reports, and dashboards to support operational visibility and informed decision-making.
Contribute to testing efforts by designing and executing validation plans, ensuring system changes meet quality and data integrity standards.
Support project activities by tracking deliverables, coordinating tasks, and communicating progress across stakeholders.
Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, workflows, and support procedures.
Ensure adherence to data privacy and regulatory standards, including healthcare-specific compliance requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage integrations, resolve system issues, and maintain alignment with technical best practices.
ERP-Focused Responsibilities (Infor CloudSuite)
Manage the day-to-day administration of the ERP platform, including configuration, access controls, and system performance tuning.
Support customization efforts, including development and maintenance of reports, data extracts, interfaces, and system extensions.
Monitor and maintain integrations between ERP and other enterprise systems using available tools and APIs.
Analyze system data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improved data quality and operational efficiency.
Maintain awareness of system updates and coordinate adoption of new releases to ensure continued alignment with vendor standards.
Qualifications
information systems, business technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience supporting or administering ERP platforms, preferably within healthcare or regulated environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Familiarity with enterprise data, reporting tools, and system integration concepts.
