Job Title: Recruiter (Hybrid) About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. You'll play a key role in building strong retail teams by hiring top talent across hourly and supervisor roles.

This position owns the full recruiting lifecycle-from sourcing to offer-while using modern tools and data-driven strategies to deliver results.

What You'll Do

Manage 10-14+ open roles in a high-volume environment

Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and social media

Screen candidates and coordinate interviews

Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy and decisions

Extend offers and ensure a positive candidate experience

Support onboarding and new hire readiness

Track recruiting metrics and drive process improvements

What You Bring

1-2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (high-volume preferred)

Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Strong communication and phone skills

Experience with social media sourcing and ATS systems

Highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Preferred

Retail or high-volume hiring experience

Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS

Background partnering closely with hiring managers

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
