We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations across shipping, receiving, and inventory for a growing manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the floor, leads from the front, and brings strong energy and accountability to a tenured team.
?? What You'll Do
Oversee daily warehouse operations , including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
Lead from the floor- actively support operations and step in to resolve issues in real time
Supervise and coach a team to drive productivity, accountability, and performance
Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process improvements
Coordinate closely with internal teams (production, logistics, and customer service) to ensure on-time shipments
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and bring fresh ideas to enhance operations
Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement
?What We're Looking For
5-8+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or distribution operations
2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
Proven ability to be a hands-on leader (not just managing from a desk)
Strong communication skills with the confidence to lead, influence, and hold teams accountable
Experience in inventory control, cycle counts, and shipping coordination
Stable work history demonstrating commitment and growth
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

For CA and Non-CA employees, the Company will pay 50% of the premium for employee and 10% for dependent coverage for the base Kaiser HMO Bronze C plan. You will pay the cost difference to buy another plan.
Vision Benefits (VSP):
The Company pays 50% of the premium for employees and 10% for dependents
Vision exam: every 12 months with a $25 copay
Frames: $150 allowance - Every 24 months
Contacts: $150 allowance for contacts and contact lens exam - Every 12 months
Dental Benefits (Principal):
The Company pays 50% of the premium for employees and 10% for dependents
Calendar year deductible: $50
Preventative care: 100% coverage
Basic care: 80% coverage
Major care: 50% coverage
Orthodontia: coverage of up to $1000 for dependent children to age 19
401(k) (PayChex): Employee contribution only. Waiting period is 90-days.
PTO (Paid Time Off):
Eligible after completion of 90-days of employment
10 days per year (accrued at 1.53 hours per week or .834 days per month)
Maximum accrual: 1.7 times annual allocation
