Job Description Summary:

Position Summary:

The warehouse coordinator is responsible for coordinating one or more functions within the warehouse. This includes receiving, warehousing, distribution, delivery, and/or overall inventory control of POS materials. This position prioritizes and organizes in a manner that supports all divisions of the company and our suppliers.

Job Responsibilities:

Receive, check-in, and ensure that product and paperwork is accurate.

Locate product or received items warehouse location.

Modify and maintain purchase orders in relevant system.

Responsible for physical inventory and POS materials

Purging of outdated/perishable materials and/or inbound shipment tracking and updates.

Partner with warehouse leadership and/or buyers to resolve discrepancies.

Preparation and filing of POS materials, invoices, and/or dealer loader items for delivery to accounts or sales rep pick-ups and check-ins.

Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment

Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software

Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills

Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines

Analytic and Reporting skills

Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to operate warehouse equipment

Possess a valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone

Competencies:

Accountable for meeting own targets, work is reviewed periodically.

Problems encountered will be defined, repetitive, and routine with a solution readily available.
