Responsible for driving business growth by building relationships with clients, generating leads for deposit, cash management and lending products, and supporting integrated sales strategies in alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with various banking teams to pursue new business opportunities, especially within diverse and low-to moderate-income segments, and ensure the delivery of tailored financial solutions. Support sales initiatives, maintaining quality loan portfolios, and fostering community awareness of the bank's commitment to partnership and comprehensive financial services.
Accountable for adhering to the Bank's BSA, AML, and Office of Foreign Asset Control, (OFAC), applicable policies. Employee must follow specific unit procedures developed in compliance with the policies. Employee is also responsible for reporting any suspicious activity and / or transactions with the Bank's processes and comply with any mandatory BSA, AML, and OFAC training assigned.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Develop and implement strategies to achieve Business Banking and cash management sales goals and objectives focusing on:
DOA Acquisition
DOA Portfolio Growth
Loan Acquisition and Referrals Cash Management Fee Income
Grow Business Banking Team Demand Deposit Account (ODA) and deposit portfolio- Identify growth opportunities and expand the client base through targeted initiatives.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT - Business Management/Administration Degree
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT- 6-7 years' experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Strong written and verbal communication for reports, presentations, in Spanish and English.
Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate resources effectively.
Handle sensitive financial and personnel information responsibly.
Ability to use Microsoft Office tools, banking software, data security protocols, and digital platforms.
Respond to changing regulations, market conditions, and organizational needs.
Understand and respond to internal and external client needs.
Knowledge of laws, regulatory compliance and other financial regulations.
