Job Description

We are hiring for multiple positions within our Wealth Banking Services Solutions group. These roles support our wealth business clients through a variety of operational functions. Some positions focus on handling a high volume of incoming calls, partnering directly with clients to address servicing needs. Other roles are centered on operations processing, including reviewing loan documentation, boarding loans into bank systems, and supporting money movement activities.

Throughout the interview process, we will align candidates to the role that best fits their skills, experience, and interests.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Five or more years of administrative support experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

Expert knowledge of departmental operations/policies and bank products/services

Strong attention to detail and organization

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data

Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Excellent computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $25.63 - $34.18
