Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist to deliver high-level administrative and strategic support to executive leadership. In this role, you will:

Deliver high-level administrative support to senior leadership and multiple executives, while managing daily logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications with precision and professionalism.

Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Provide professional support by balancing executive-level administrative tasks with ad hoc projects and business initiatives, such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables, and generating routine reports.

Manage complex calendars, coordinate extensive travel arrangements, and handle high volumes of documentation with accuracy.

Act as a key information resource on departmental and company policies and procedures.

Receive direction from leadership while exercising sound judgment within defined parameters and continue developing expertise within the centralized administrative team.

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve team goals.

Interact professionally with external clients and partners, representing the organization with a high level of service and discretion.

Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience supporting multiple executives in a matrixed or centralized team structure.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in executive interactions.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Experienced knowledge of Concur, MESM, JIRA, and other administrative tools used for travel, expense management, workflow tracking, and project coordination.

Demonstrated ability to be proactive and anticipate needs

Job Expectations:

This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Ability to work outside of regular business hours; willingness to stay late and arrive early

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$37.02 - $69.71
