Job Title: Market Research Analyst

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Contractor Work Model: Hybrid - onsite and remote

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break (8 working hours/day, 40 hours/week). Some flexibility on start/end times is acceptable as long as core hours (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM ET) are covered.

Compensation: $28.25/hr

Type: 5-month contract

Responsibilities

Conduct landscape assessments and prepare startups mappings according to identified needs

Perform tech due-diligence and risk assessments on relevant startups

Maintain focus on new technologies and identify new trends and opportunities

Document and report findings clearly to support the team's decision-making

Requirements

Software engineering / computer science degree is a must

Well versed in technology, familiar with market trends and key players

Ability to conduct tech due diligence in a broad range of areas

Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills

Strong analytical skills, fast learner

Ability to think strategically and translate to actions to 'get things done'

Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
