About The Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Marketing Specialist to support business development initiatives within a fast-paced commercial real estate environment. This role is designed for an experienced marketing professional who operates with a high level of independence, demonstrates strong executive presence, and can successfully manage complex projects from concept through execution with minimal oversight.
The Senior Marketing Specialist will serve as a strategic partner to brokerage and leadership teams, leading high-impact business development efforts through the creation of proposals, presentations, pursuit strategies, and client-facing marketing materials. This individual must be capable of balancing tactical execution with strategic thinking while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. This individual will also leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, improve workflows, elevate marketing outputs, and enable data-informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, solutions-oriented, and confident leading discussions, presenting recommendations, and establishing clear paths forward across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
Lead business development and marketing initiatives from inception through final execution with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
Develop sophisticated, client-facing deliverables including proposals, pitch decks, presentations, RFP/RFQ responses, property marketing materials, and pursuit strategies.
Partner closely with brokers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to support revenue-generating initiatives and strategic client pursuits.
Facilitate productive meetings by aligning stakeholders, driving strategic discussions, clarifying priorities, and ensuring actionable next steps.
Present project recommendations, marketing strategies, and business development viewpoints clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
Translate complex information, market data, and stakeholder feedback into compelling messaging and visually impactful deliverables.
Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, accuracy, and deadline adherence.
Serve as a key contributor in positioning strategies, client engagement efforts, thought leadership initiatives, and brand elevation opportunities.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence gathering to support strategic pursuits and client opportunities.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, operational efficiencies, workflow management, and team collaboration.
Maintain and evolve branding standards, templates, and best practices across marketing and business development materials.
Proactively identify project challenges and develop strategic solutions that support business objectives and project success.
Support event strategy, client engagement initiatives, and targeted campaigns that strengthen market presence and business relationships.
Apply AI tools to optimize workflows, enhance content, and improve reporting and personalization

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, proposals, or a related field
Ability to work in the Atlanta office at least three days per week
Competence in B2B marketing, business strategy and project management
Demonstrated success independently managing projects from strategy through execution in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with senior leadership and client-facing teams.
Proven ability to lead discussions, influence decision-making, and establish alignment across multiple stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation development.
Strong organizational, time management, and project management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, and high-quality deliverables.
Strategic thinker with strong initiative, accountability, and follow-through.
Collaborative mindset paired with the confidence and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
