Security Officer Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Salisbury, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced manufacturing location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Fri06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sat06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sun06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and support access control procedures for staff, visitors, deliveries, and/or vendors.

Assist with incident reports, shift logs, and communication with site contacts regarding security-related concerns, operational disruptions, and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
