What the job involves:We are currently seeking a Summer Intern in Project Coordination to join our team. In this role, you will learn construction project management fundamentals, process improvement methodologies, and collaborative project delivery techniques. As a Summer Intern in Project Coordination at JLL, you will: Create and maintain project schedules: Ensure all tasks are accurately assigned and deadlines are met across construction project lifecycles Facilitate effective communication: Coordinate between team members, stakeholders, and management to keep all parties informed of project updates and changes Maintain comprehensive project documentation: Organize requirements, reports, and progress updates ensuring accuracy and accessibility Assign and track task completion: Support team members with deliverables and provide assistance to ensure timely project completion Support project financial and administrative functions: Review budgets, vendor proposals, and invoices while ensuring adherence to vendor agreements and financial processes Program Details Dates: 6/1/2026 - 8/7/2026 Location: New York, NY | In-Person Education, Skills, and Experience Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed, majoring in Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or Accounting Strong communication and presentation skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with customer service abilities Independent work capability: Ability to demonstrate initiative and collaborate effectively across multiple projects to meet deadlines Microsoft Office proficiency: Strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications Commercial real estate interest: Enthusiasm for property management and gaining broad Commercial Real Estate experience * Detail-oriented mindset: Organized, creative, proactive, and self-motivated attitude with previous accounting, construction, or real estate support experience preferred We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.Permanent US work authorization required.About our Internship Program Take the opportunity to start your career early in the commercial real estate field!
