Job Description: We are seeking a Managing Director to join the Assurance Professional Practice Group (Assurance PPG) leading the Firm\'s Quality Management (QM) strategy for the assurance practice. This team is responsible for quality risk assessment, QC 1000 readiness, and ongoing evaluation of the system of quality management (SQM) across the assurance practice. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of regulatory compliance, audit quality, and operational performance. You will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate regulatory expectations (PCAOB QC 1000, AICPA SQMS, ISQM) into effective, scalable, operational approaches across the Firm\'s assurance practice. This position offers broad exposure across the Firm, with frequent collaboration with firm leadership, practice offices, National Office, and significant functions including People Solutions and Technology. Key Responsibilities Lead the assessment of firm compliance with the quality standards of the PCAOB, AICPA, and IAASB. Strategically employ SQM evaluation frameworks integrating monitoring and a root-cause focused sustainable remediation process. Drive QC 1000 readiness and regulatory alignment across functions. Propel operational accountability for processes and controls contributing to the SQM effectiveness.
