Description: Level 3 Manufacturing Support Team Member

What You Will Be Doing

Support production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment on second shift.

Perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.

Facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.

Experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with Aircraft maintenance or Aerospace manufacturing/productions methodologies in a professional environment, or relevant experience.

Experience using tools, machines, &/or systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment.

Desired Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel.

Understanding of business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality).

Working knowledge of manufacturing systems including, PDM, MRP, SFM, and EWI.

Previous development experience.

Working knowledge of Crew Plans.

Experience forecasting manpower.

Experience with leadership background.

Excellent communication skills.

Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
