Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a welcoming environment while bringing a caring, reliable, and agile approach to each shift, working with integrity and teamwork to make a real impact every day.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Wed07:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Thur07:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Fri06:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor customer and visitor activity, assist with access and directional inquiries, and support staff with security-related matters as needed.

Observe for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues, and communicate findings promptly to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
