Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: Boston, MA

A national construction organization is looking for an immediate human resource administrator to support their team during a time of transition. This HR administrator will be responsible for all onboarding, I-9 work, benefits enrollment, providing administrative support, and helping with onboarding.

What you'll be responsible for:

Conduct I-9 audits, including reviewing recent terminations and updating records for retention (Equifax)

Verify visa status for new hires.

Perform weekly timesheet audits, focusing on employees on leave of absence.

Manage ServiceNow tickets, including assignment, tracking, and coordination with offshore teams.

Process travel letter requests by gathering required employee information.

Review background checks (HireRight) and determine if cleared or requires follow-up.

Support immigration processes: Review documentation before submission to attorneys. Verify returned paperwork for accuracy.

Assist with completion and signing of visa documents.

Process invoices using standard templates and correct charge codes.

Submit invoicing to payroll for processing.

What you'll bring:

2+ years of human resource experience

Highly detailed oriented

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications

Ability to multi task and work independently as needed

This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
