Responsibilities Serve as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst in the Directorate for Intelligence and Security, J2, Joint Interagency Task Force South (JIATFS), Truman Annex, Key West, FL. Analyze and process sensitive and classified intelligence data from sources utilized by All-Source Intelligence Analysts in the detection and monitoring of illicit trafficking activities for the organization. Serve as a subject matter expert on all-source analysis, information management, data capture, and threat visualization issues. Partner with intelligence personnel and analysts to ensure process and collection efforts support production. Provide all-source intelligence analysis, reporting, and production support to the detection and monitoring mission. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes collecting, reviewing, or interpreting all-source intelligence; conducting or assisting with conducting briefings on intelligence data trends; providing recommendations to Leadership on processes or procedures; and planning intelligence-related analytic functions, projects, priorities, or activities. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS/GG-11). For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. Progressively responsible experience is that which has included intelligence-related research, analysis, collections and /or operations. This experience should have included intelligence analysis and/or production, intelligence collection and/or operations, counterintelligence, or threat support directly related to the position to be filled. This experience should demonstrate: Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle and organizations; Knowledge of and/or ability to use research tools such as library holdings, photographs, statistics, graphics and maps; Knowledge of the systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and disseminating intelligence data; and/or Knowledge of organization(s) for and methods of collecting and analyzing intelligence data.
