What You'll Do
You'll be a key part of the patient experience-balancing clinical skill with compassion:
Welcome, room, and prepare patients with warmth and efficiency
Take and accurately document vital signs (manual + electronic)
Perform phlebotomy (venipuncture, butterfly, multiple draw methods) with confidence and care
Collect and handle specimens following clinical protocols
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care
Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready
Collaborate closely with providers and teammates to keep clinic flow smooth
What We're Looking For

Must-Have:
Medical Assistant or relevant clinical patient-care experience
Strong phlebotomy skills (certification or 6+ months hands-on experience)
Experience with venipuncture, butterfly needles, and difficult draws
Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
Comfortable using or learning EMR systems
Nice-to-Have:
MA or Phlebotomy certification (CMA, RMA, CPT, etc.)
Experience in women's health, fertility, L&D, or similar settings
