Position: Fleet Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Pay: $19/hour

Application Deadline: 6/19/2026

The Fleet Administrative Assistant position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative support functions for all Fleet operations. Duties include general clerical and data entry work.

**This position is part-time time and expected to work 12-15 hours/week on average

Job Duties:**

Perform a variety of administrative support tasks including, but not limited to, maintaining accurate records/filing, data entry, answering phones, copyingetc.

Accurately track routine work of fleet department, including receive/photocopy purchase orders, data entry of purchase orders, work orders, and mileage into fleet maintenance software, filing of vehicle maintenance records, work orders and purchase orders.

Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat such as invoices, reports, , work orders, letters and financial statements, spreadsheets, database and/or presentations.

Sign for UPS and Fed Ex packages.

Create and update DOT Driver Qualification and Drug & Alcohol Files

Maintain Fleet invoice/purchase order files in front office

Pull MVR's for DOT Annual Review of Driving Record for Commercial Drivers

Verify medical examiners certification for CDL Drivers

Attend work on a regular, reliable and punctual basis.

Experience and Skills

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. General office and computer data entry skills are required. Working knowledge of basic accounting and clerical procedures are necessary.

Experience with fleet asset and maintenance software highly desirable.

Requires proficiency in use of personal computer, Microsoft Office applications, and modern office procedures and equipment (copier, , phone, etc.). Experience with Adobe Acrobat preferred.
