Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

What You'll Be Doing

Serve as the face of the office-greet clients, guests, and vendors

Answer and screen calls, manage the daily office calendar

Coordinate and prep meetings, conference rooms, materials, and catering

Handle mail, deliveries, and office supply management

Track and organize expenses in QuickBooks and support monthly closeouts

Coordinate logistics for leadership (scheduling, travel, transportation)

Partner with vendors for presentations and studio updates

Support onboarding of new employees and general office operations

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment (Front Desk..., New York | Outlook)

What They're Looking For

~2-3+ years of experience (flexible for the right fit)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Professional, polished, and client-facing presence

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, creative environment

Experience in a design firm or creative studio is a strong plus

Someone adaptable, proactive, and eager to grow within the role

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $32.45/hr.
