Responsibilities
Visit prospective local businesses door to door in targeted towns within approximately a 90-minute driving distance.
Present and pitch the new delivery partner program to business owners and decision makers to generate interest and encourage them to apply.
Qualify prospective businesses based on program criteria and guide them step by step through the application process.
Lead and manage all prospect and applicant activity in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date pipeline tracking.
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community-based recruitment events such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.
Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage local influencers and organizations, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals and program awareness.
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and partner status.
Provide professional, high-quality customer service to prospective partners, answering questions and resolving issues during the application and onboarding process.
Travel within the assigned territory, including up to approximately four hours of round-trip driving per day when needed, to meet business owners and attend events.
Communicate clearly and persuasively with business owners, using strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to move them through the funnel from interest to launch.
Demonstrate a high sense of urgency and attention to detail when handling applications, documentation, and follow-ups with prospective partners.
Use multiple systems and technology tools efficiently to manage leads, track activities, and report progress.
Essential Skills
At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
Proven outside or field sales experience, including door-knocking or territory-based sales.
Hands-on experience using a CRM system; Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior field sales experience is a strong plus, particularly in roles involving door-to-door or territory-based outreach.
Experience in roles that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is highly beneficial.
Comfort presenting in group settings such as community events, lunch-and-learn sessions, or town halls.
Ability to work independently in the field while staying aligned with team goals and direction from the Field Manager.
Motivated by performance-based incentives and uncapped commission structures.
