Our client, a leading organization in the research and safety industry, is seeking a Sales Trainee to join their team. As a Sales Trainee, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting the Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate motivation, creativity, resilience, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sales Trainee

Location: Carlsbad, CA

Pay Range: $30

What's the Job?

Utilize generated leads to connect with customers and promote products nearing the end of their shelf life.

Engage with existing customers to sell discounted materials before they expire.

Follow established guidelines for negotiating discounts with customers.

Think quickly and adapt to close sales effectively.

Interact with customer accounts to build relationships and ensure satisfaction.

What's Needed?

1-2 years of sales experience, including phone or door-to-door sales.

Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Experience using leads to reach out and make sales.

A background in science is very beneficial.

Motivated with a proactive sales mentality, creative, and resilient.
