Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to support a team in Shakopee, Minnesota. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys providing administrative support, coordinating processes, and helping a sales team operate efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Support daily sales operations through administrative and coordination tasks

Manage and update customer and sales data within CRM systems to ensure accuracy

Assist with preparing quotes, processing orders, and tracking sales activities

Coordinate communication between sales team members and internal departments

Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with reporting needs

Monitor and organize inbound inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up by the sales team

Maintain documentation, files, and sales materials in an organized manner

Provide general support to help streamline workflows and improve team efficiency

Requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or a related role preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Clear written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Reliable with a strong sense of accountability
