Your role involves developing and managing project plans schedules, timelines, scope, etc.), driving alignment across cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones. You will foster clear communication, manage stakeholder expectations, and uphold accountability to drive successful project outcomes. Through your management, you will support PMO standards, maintain essential documentation, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. Who You Are: A collaborative project manager who builds strong working relationships across teams A clear and confident communicator who adapts to both technical and non-technical audiences A detail-oriented planner who stays organized and follows through on commitments A problem-solver who keeps projects moving despite obstacles or ambiguity A team player who supports consistent project practices and accountability across the organization Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply What You'll Do: Lead IT projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, timeline, and budget Develop project charters, schedules, and activity plans in collaboration with stakeholders Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to plan and execute project work Track progress, follow up on assignments, and hold team members accountable for deliverables Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle Communicate status updates clearly and consistently to stakeholders at all levels Maintain required project documentation including risk logs, communication plans, and test records Schedule and lead project meetings, document decisions, and drive follow-ups to completion Ensure compliance with PMO processes and audit requirements Support project intake and prioritization efforts by helping define scope and estimating effort Promote consistent use of PMO templates, tools, and reporting practices Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery across the IT organization Your Qualifications Include:Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related fi
