We are seeking an experienced Payroll Accounting Manager to oversee and manage the
financial operations of our business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background
in payroll accounting, payroll tax reporting, and financial management, along with a proven
track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Perform banking and cash management activities.
Administer all aspects of payroll accounting, including:
o Preparation and filing of quarterly payroll tax reports.
o Preparation and distribution of annual W-2 forms.
o Preparation and filing of 1099 forms.
Perform general ledger account reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports and assist with financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with applicable payroll tax regulations and reporting
requirements.
Education:
Bachelors Degree
Experience:
2 years of Payroll Accounting (Required)
Compensation:
From $65,000 (Commensurate with experience)
