ABOUT THE ROLE:
Lexitas is seeking an experienced and driven LegalView Assistant Manager to help lead and scale our Premier LegalView operations. This role is a key operational and people-leadership position, partnering closely with the LegalView Manager to ensure the seamless execution of remote and hybrid video legal proceedings nationwide.
As the LegalView Assistant Manager, you will serve as a trusted escalation point for complex technical and logistical issues while supporting day-to-day operations, team development, and service excellence. You'll play an active role in onboarding and training, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives-helping Lexitas deliver flawless virtual legal experiences for attorneys, witnesses, and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support daily LegalView operations to ensure smooth execution of remote and hybrid legal proceedings
Partner with the LegalView Manager to drive departmental performance, efficiency, and service excellence
Lead, coach, and support LegalView Specialists in a collaborative, high - performing team environment
Assist with onboarding, training, scheduling, PTO approvals, performance management, and team development
Ensure proper staffing coverage, including after - hours and weekend support as business needs require
Serve as the primary escalation point for advanced technical, platform, and logistical issues
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Google Meet, OBS, Lexitas Exhibit Manager (LEM), recording systems, and remote connectivity
Provide real - time technical and operational support for videographers, attorneys, witnesses, and clients during live proceedings
Participate in client meetings, VIP support, and product demonstrations
Lead technical training and knowledge - sharing initiatives for team members and vendors
Conduct quality control reviews to ensure adherence to company standards and best practices
Develop and refine operational processes, documentation, and technical procedures to improve scalability and efficiency
Stay current on legal technology trends and emerging platforms to support innovation and continuous improvement
Provide on - call escalation support for after - hours and weekend issues as needed
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Strong leadership presence with a service-driven, solutions-oriented mindset
Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex; familiarity with cloud storage and file-sync platforms
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical and logistical challenges under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Flexible schedule with availability for overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of two years toward a bachelor's degree in business, science, or a related field
At least two years of experience in the court reporting or legal services industry
Familiarity with subpoenas, written depositions, and affidavits
Demonstrated adherence to compliance policies and confidentiality standards
Proven ability to collaborate with management to resolve departmental and organizational challenges
Strong team - player approach with a passion for operational excellence
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is a supervisory position.
