Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This role involves working in a clean and organized distribution center to receive, break down, and rebuild pallets according to pick sheets while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. You will handle materials throughout your shift, verify that finished pallets match shipping documentation, and use basic warehouse equipment to move products safely and consistently.
Responsibilities
Receive incoming pallets of materials and verify that shipments align with documentation.
Break down incoming pallets and re-stack items onto designated pallets according to pick sheets.
Move boxes weighing up to 30 pounds consistently throughout the shift while maintaining safe lifting practices.
Check finished pallets against the bill of lading (BOL) to ensure all items and quantities are correct.
Wrap completed pallets securely to prepare them for shipment or storage.
Use a pallet jack to move pallets safely and efficiently around the warehouse area.
Use RF scanners or related inventory tools to track and record product movement, as needed.
Follow established warehouse procedures for packing, material handling, and inventory control.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
Stand and remain on your feet for an 8-hour shift while performing repetitive warehouse tasks.
Essential Skills
Previous warehouse experience with responsibilities such as packing, inventory, and material handling.
Experience using RF scanners for inventory tracking and order processing.
Ability to operate a pallet jack safely to move pallets within the facility.
Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for an 8-hour shift.
At least 3 years of work experience in the most recent job, demonstrating reliability and stability.
Strong attention to detail to ensure pallets match pick sheets and bills of lading.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in a distribution center or high-volume warehouse environment.
Familiarity with packing processes and best practices for secure pallet wrapping.
Comfort working with inventory systems and basic warehouse documentation.
Demonstrated ability to maintain productivity and accuracy over an entire shift.
Strong work ethic and willingness to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.

Work Environment
This role is based in a modern distribution center described as one of the cleanest facilities in the United States. You will work on 2nd shift, Sunday through Thursday, with scheduled hours of either 7:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. or 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. The work is physically active and requires standing for an entire 8-hour shift, frequent lifting of up to 30 pounds, and regular use of pallet jacks and RF scanners. The environment emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and safety, with clear processes for handling materials and maintaining an orderly warehouse.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
