Responsibilities for a Warehouse Associate include but are not limited to:

Manual Order Picking & Staging: Accurately pull mixed-size customer and internal orders by hand using carts, ladders, and order pickers based on part numbers and bin locations (without the use of RF scanners).

Customer Service & Will Call Counter: Assist walk-in customers face-to-face, help locate items, and load orders directly into customer vehicles.

Receiving & Inventory Support: Process inbound material, verify shipments against paperwork, stock warehouse locations, and prepare outbound UPS and LTL shipments.

Safe Equipment Operation: Safely operate an order picker at heights up to 20 feet to manage inventory and occasionally operate a forklift as required.

Candidates for Warehouse Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience manually pulling orders (Candidates whose experience is strictly limited to forklift-only or high-volume pallet distribution environments will not be a fit).

Physical & Spatial Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet.

Detail-Oriented & Tech-Capable: Strong attention to detail when reading part numbers and identifying correct bin locations without automated RF scanning equipment.

Customer-Facing Comfort: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently interact with walk-in clients in a retail-adjacent warehouse setting.

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Training shift will be Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
