Job Title: Industrial HVAC Technician
$26-$30/Hour
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime may be required
Occasional weekend work may be necessary
Responsibilities
Design, install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot boilers, heating systems, and related mechanical components.
Manage HVAC-related projects efficiently within deadlines and budget constraints.
Operate and maintain Building Management Systems to enhance building performance.
Conduct painting and carpentry work related to HVAC installation and repair.
Understand and implement Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Work on plumbing systems to ensure proper operation within HVAC installations.
Essential Skills
Strong foundation in construction and mechanical systems.
Expertise in boilers, ventilation, refrigerants, and plumbing systems related to HVAC.
Proficiency in project management and energy management.
Ability to operate various control systems, including those related to fire alarms and fire and life safety.
Understanding of refrigeration principles, electrical equipment, and cooling towers.
Comprehension of engineering design processes and safety training practices.
Good general working knowledge of all trades.
Proven mechanical ability and aptitude.

2-5 years of related experience and/or training at a semi-skilled level of experience in general maintenance in a commercial facility setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
