Job Description ZT Group Int'l Inc. dba ZT Systems seeks a Sr. Functional Technical Program Manager in Secaucus, NJ.

Duties: Driving cross-functional test engineering initiatives, continuously refining manufacturing test processes to ensure actionable outcomes and ongoing improvement. Enabling and supporting liquid cooling capability for new products, ensuring test strategies and infrastructure align with thermal and performance requirements. Collaborating with Test Engineers to develop proof-of-concept solutions, evaluate feasibility, and align development timelines with IT and other stakeholders. Maintaining clear and thorough documentation throughout the test engineering lifecycle, including risk assessments and technical specifications. Keeping leadership informed with regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes. Recommending process improvements to enhance system test performance and test engineering operational efficiency.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, plus 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Support Engineer, or related role.

This role requires 2 years of experience with the following skills:

technical program management, test engineering, or manufacturing engineering.

managing complex engineering projects from concept to production.

manufacturing test processes, test automation, and liquid cooling technology.

stakeholder management skills.

ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across departments.

project management tools including, Jira, Asana, and MS Project; and documentation platforms including Confluence, and SharePoint

In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, plus 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer,

Quality Support Engineer, or related role, the employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, plus any amount of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Support Engineer, or related role.

This role requires any amount of experience with the following skills:

technical program management, test engineering, or manufacturing engineering.

managing complex engineering projects from concept to production.

manufacturing test processes, test automation, and liquid cooling technology.

stakeholder management.

leading cross-functional teams and drive alignment across departments.

project management tools including, Jira, Asana, and MS Project; and documentation platforms including Confluence, and SharePoint.
