Opportunity Summary: Join our growing team! Physical Therapists at Origami develop and administer one on one physical therapy services to provide quality rehabilitation services to our valued clients. PTs communicate with appropriate stakeholders involved in advancing client care. This communication is reflective of Origami's mission, vision, and core values; as well as is effective, timely, and inclusive.

This position is primarily based at our Mason campus and will assist with temporary coverage needs at our other Lansing-based campuses.

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Bonus paid in two installments: $1,000 issued after 90 days of employment, $1,000 after 1 year of employment.

Flexible scheduling (4, 10-hour days or 5, 8-hour days)

No evenings, weekends, or holidays

No on-call expectations

Essential Duties:

Evaluate, document, and implement treatment plans for clients referred by physicians.?

Provide interns, volunteers, and job shadows meaningful educational experiences.??

Educate staff, clients, and external stakeholders on individualized home exercise programs and other PT modalities as appropriate.?

Observe all rules of confidentiality as they pertain to program participants internally, and in working with outside individuals and/or agencies.?

Proactively initiate and follow-through with tasks utilizing appropriate problem-solving techniques to facilitate communication flow and prompt resolutions.
