Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a non-profit organization in Portage, Wisconsin. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, handling high-volume phone interactions, and keeping service records accurate and up to date. The person in this role will provide courteous assistance, process orders efficiently, and contribute to a positive experience for every caller.

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.

Assist individuals with questions, service needs, and general account or order-related concerns.

Enter orders and update customer information accurately within the appropriate systems.

Handle a steady flow of phone interactions while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Make outbound calls when needed to follow up on requests, clarify details, or provide updates.

Document conversations, actions taken, and next steps to ensure complete service records.

Resolve routine issues promptly and escalate more complex matters to the appropriate team.

Support day-to-day call center operations by meeting service expectations and response timelines.

Requirements - Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment.

Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls in an efficient and detail-focused manner.

Strong data entry and order processing skills with close attention to accuracy.

Clear verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.

Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with changing customer needs.

Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting callers.
