Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess the following minimum qualifications. Applicants must meet all the required minimum qualifications to be considered for this position.Attorney IGraduation from accredited college or university with a bachelorand#8217;s or masterand#8217;s degree in accounting or engineering.
Graduation from an accredited law school with LLB or JD degree.
Licensed with the State Bar of Texas and eligible to practice law in Texas.Note: Applicants scheduled to take the Texas Bar Exam in July 2026 are eligible to apply. Selected candidates who are not yet licensed by the State Bar of Texas will be hired as a Law Clerk at a monthly salary of $5,000.00 and, upon successful passage of the Texas Bar Exam and licensure in Texas, will be promoted to an Attorney I at a monthly salary of $6,664.00.
