Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support front desk operations for a construction and contractor environment. This contract position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and keeping daily office communication organized. The role requires a strong phone presence, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage a multi-line switchboard efficiently in a part-time setting.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and create a positive first impression at the front desk

Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls promptly and accurately to the appropriate contacts

Answer inbound calls with courtesy and provide clear, helpful information to callers

Handle routine receptionist tasks such as taking messages, relaying information, and maintaining an orderly reception area

Support day-to-day office flow by coordinating front desk communication and responding to basic administrative needs Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk position

Ability to operate a multi-line phone or switchboard system with confidence

Strong verbal communication skills and courteous phone etiquette

Experience handling inbound calls in a fast-paced office setting

Comfortable working in a part-time contract role
