ob Title: Receptionist

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We are seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to support a variety of daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls

Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and team members

Perform general administrative and miscellaneous office tasks as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

Assist with scheduling, filing, data entry, and other support duties

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Ability to multitask and manage miscellaneous tasks efficiently

Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
