Work You'll Do

As a Manager, Functional Transformation on the GPS SAP team, you will be responsible for...

Lead functional transformation workstreams across strategy, operating model, process, and implementation efforts.

Manage project plans, deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications across complex engagements.

Analyze current-state processes and design future-state solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and business outcomes.

Facilitate client workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and decision-making meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.

Coach junior team members, review work products, and drive quality across project deliverables.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Active Secret security clearance required

Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

6+ years of experience in business transformation, operating model design, process improvement, or large-scale transformation programs

3+ years of experience leading project workstreams, deliverables, and junior practitioners
