Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Part Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day financial operations in St.Cloud, Minnesota. This is a part-time Contract position suited for someone who can manage core accounting tasks accurately and efficiently while contributing to routine reporting and record maintenance. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in transactional accounting and is comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial data.

Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices, prepare payments, and maintain accurate accounts payable records.

Apply incoming payments, track outstanding balances, and support accounts receivable activities.

Reconcile company credit card transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Enter and update donor-related information with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist with recurring financial reports and provide administrative support for accounting documentation.

Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.

Working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures.

Experience with data entry and invoice processing in a business environment.

Ability to complete credit card reconciliations accurately and independently.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheet organization and basic formulas.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time setting.
