The mission of the Analytics Engineering team at our client is to enable, facilitate, and develop their ability to make data-driven strategic decisions. We are looking for Analytics Engineers to build and own domain datasets that will power insights, executive reporting, and strategic initiatives. This individual contributor role will focus on developing AE's nascent partnerships with stakeholders across the org, aligning and collaborating closely with the Strategy and Business Intelligence team to ensure business objectives are measured and insights developed. You will spend most of your time collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical datasets, owning the end-to-end data lifecycle and enabling self-serve analytics across the organisation. If you enjoy going deep into data, getting creative to uncover insights and solve problems, and seeing the real-world downstream impact of your data in strategic decisions, this role is a great opportunity to dive in and shape the future of data here.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Collaborate with Strategy and Business Intelligence partners on dashboard and reporting designs and implementations that support key strategic decisions.
Monitor and optimize workflows for performance and cost efficiency.
Apply data governance, security, privacy, and hygiene best practices across the data lake to ensure purpose-appropriate usage and PII compliance.
[Senior] Drive alignment and make key technical decisions around data architecture and presentation layers for cross-functional use.
