Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Onsite)

Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for clients coordinating household goods relocations. This role is responsible for managing each move from start to finish, ensuring a smooth, organized, and positive experience for customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main client contact throughout the relocation process

Coordinate all aspects of household goods moves, ensuring timely and accurate execution

Gather customer information, process orders, and prepare move estimates

Work closely with sales, operations, dispatch, and third-party vendors to ensure service excellence

Schedule services and manage logistics with dispatch teams

Prepare and distribute move documentation (tickets, bills of lading, confirmations)

Maintain and update customer profiles and records

Handle military OA/DA requests and international relocation coordination

Conduct post-move follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction

Resolve customer issues and provide effective, timely solutions

Support invoicing accuracy and assist with reporting requirements

Initiate and manage quick claim processes

Assist with additional team needs as required

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative, or operations support

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Experience in logistics, transportation, or relocation services preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Work Environment:

Fully onsite in Burlington Township, NJ

Collaborative, fast-paced office setting

Standard business hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

This is a Contract position based out of Willingboro, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
