Responsibilities

Material Preparation:Measure, cut, and prepare materials for welding

according to specifications.

Assembly:Assemble components and parts using various hand tools,

power tools, and machinery.

Welding Support:Assist welders by setting up welding equipment and

ensuring all materials are ready for the welding process.

Quality Control:Perform quality checks on assembled products to

ensure they meet the required standards.

Technical Drawings:Read and interpret technical drawings and

blueprints to understand assembly requirements.

Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve any issues during the assembly

process.

Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment to

ensure proper functioning.

Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a

clean and safe work environment.

Documentation:Document and report any deviations from standard

processes or product issues.

Continuous Improvement:Look for ways to improve the manufacturing

process and drive the changes needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in

welding or manufacturing is preferred.

Previous experience in welding, assembly, or a related field.

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and exposure to orbital

welding equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and precision.

Good problem-solving skills.
